Indrajit Moulik

Indrajit Moulik is the Managing Partner of Ward Howell International in India.

Indrajit started his career in executive search in 2001 after working in leadership roles in  technology and education organisations of global repute.

He has completed several C level search assignments for large conglomerates and also for mid sized companies. Most of his successful placements are Heads of countries/geographies or functions.While he has worked with organisations across sectors, he is highly regarded for advising and helping clients build effective top management teams in the technology, professional services and education sectors. Positions include CEO, CRO, CFO, CHRO, CIO and heads of geographies like Americas, Europe and Asia.

In the education sector he has helped his clients hire Vice Chancellors, Directors, Deans, Principals and heads of foundations.

With a PG diploma in management from Mumbai and an AMP from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, Indrajit has attended global workshops in business development, talent management, leadership and talent assessment.

He has conducted several workshops for a variety of organisations and is regularly invited by business schools to speak.

 

Rajiv Dhawan

Rajiv Dhawan is a Partner with Ward Howell International in India and handles Industrial practice.

Rajiv has held leadership and Board positions since 1994. He started his career with ITC Limited –International Business Division, and was part of the team to help set up their East Africa sourcing business for value addition prior to re-export to Europe. Rajiv was Directeur-Delegue with a Belgian –Indian manufacturing JV based at Belgium for 6 years for which he travelled extensively in markets of Europe and middle-east and later after coming to India in 2000 headed the Belgian Group Magotteaux in India for 15 years and helped rebuild the team and streamline plant operations following  the difficult shareholders split.

Since 2018 he has been active in areas like market collaboration, India entry, market feasibility and Board management support for companies desirous of entering India. Rajiv has also worked with a French headquartered Executive Search firm and executed mandates for some key positions in Industrial engineering and Power sectors.

He has a keen understanding of metals, mining, cement, power and aviation sectors and is often consulted by many global consulting entities. Rajiv is a Science graduate of St Stephens, Delhi University and an MBA from UBI, Brussels. He has completed two executive MDP programs from Wharton. He is also an elected President of Belgium Luxemburg Business Association-BLBA

Karishma Hora

Karishma Hora is a  Partner with Ward Howell International in India.

She leads the Education & Not for Profit Practice of Ward Howell International in India.

Karishma had various roles including that of a founder of  a sector-specific executive search firm, an online learning platform and  has also been  an educator.

She is passionate about talent transformation in education and believes that professional development of teachers is the need of the hour. She has trained 100+ teachers and also worked voluntarily for Yuva Unstoppable (education of underprivileged children).

Karishma holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts, a Diploma  in Education  with an MBA in HR.

Maitreyee Dey

Maitreyee Dey is a Senior Consultant with Ward Howell International in India and handles delivery and execution. 

Maitreyee brings over a decade of work experience in Leadership Consulting / Executive Search with strong focus on talent acquisition & assessment across different industries and geographies. 

Maitreyee was part of the Education & Social Enterprise Practice at Heidrick and Struggles.

She has experience across geographies, functional disciplines  across sectors – IT/ITES and telecommunication, industrial & manufacturing, automotive, financial services, consumer & retail and Consulting.  

As a core member of Ward Howell, she helps strengthen the firm’s presence in India and overseas through executing leadership roles for home grown organisations in India along with global searches. 

Maitreyee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications and a PG Diploma in Business IT.
